Summer is coming up and I’ve got some dance days planned for you. Each day has a new theme and different activities for the children. We’ve got limited places for each day and will be a great chance to get in some extra dance practice over the holidays.

Camps can be booked on a day-to-day basis. Each day is £25 when booked before May 31st, after this date each day is £30.
On the 29th of July, RADF will be hosting a sparkling Sparkle Era day. Get ready for the most enchanting shimmering sparkling week of fun as you dance and sing to some of Taylor Swift’s most popular hits! This day will be filled with different Swift Eras so whether you like Reputation or Lover they’ll be something for you!
On the 30th of July, each camper will get the chance to work on their own talents and showcase them at the end of the day in our talent show.
19th of August, one of our most popular camps is back, Cartwheel Day. The day focuses on cartwheel basics and is especially made for those working on two-handed or one-handed cartwheels. This year we will also have a RADF exclusive afternoon workshop for those more advanced working towards their aerials (More info to come soon).
Finally on the 20th of August, we’re going to the Emerald city for the day in our Pink Goes Good with Green day.

Existing dance parents if you’ve not already done so, do make sure you sign up to your parent portal as this will allow you to book on without the need to duplicate all your details! Additional Information
At the end of each day (2:50pm) the campers will perform a showcase of the routine/tricks they’ve learnt.
Break times may include a nice rest and watching movies, playing outside, or craft activities.
All children attending should bring their own lunch.
Places are limited so do book as soon as possible!

Daily Themes
Tuesday – 29th of July – In My Sparkle Era – Drop everything now because this iconic dance camp is SPARKLING! If you love to dance, sing (karaoke) and perform with your dance besties, you will have a blast shaking it off as you launch into an era of fearless fun and fame! The glitter and glam will be off the charts, and your jazz and hip hop dancing will never go out of style! Are you ready for it? Baby, just say yes to this bejeweled summer fun, and get ready to make the whole place shimmer!
Wednesday – 30th of July – Talent Show Day – It’s a summer celebration of all the wonderful things we’re able to do. The day will start with warm up and learning a group routines. We’ll then plan our special talents, either with a friend or on our own, and rehearse the show. Whether you want to share your singing, create your own routine to show off, or present a story from your imagination it will be a wonderful day to develop your talents.
Tuesday – 19th of August – Cartwheel Day – On cartwheel day we’re doing, you’ve guessed it CARTWHEELS. In the morning we’ll revisit the basics to ensure we’re getting feet. Hips and hand placement right, before moving into some more advanced territory. Starting with some drill to help with elevation, advanced dancers will get the opportunity to begin their side aerial work. Our little one’s will also have a great deal of fun working on cartwheels on and off the air-track and the beam!
Wednesday – 20th of August – Pink Goes Good with Green Day – We all know ‘Pink goes good with green’ and today we’ll prove it as we choose who we want to be. Following the footsteps of our favourite two Oztonians, today we’ll be singing and DANCING THROUGH LIFE. Practicing routines to this iconic soundtrack we’ll end the day putting on a show that’ll have you wishing you could DEFY GRAVITY. It’s ONE SHORT DAY full of so much to do!
Daily Schedule
A rough schedule of the day will be as follows;
9-9:30 – Warm up, welcome and games
9:30-10 – Theme games
10-10:45 – DANCE
10:45-11:15 – Break
11:15-12:00 – DANCE
12-1 – Lunch + Craft Activity
1-1:45 – DANCE
1:45-2 – Break
2-2:30 – DANCE (rehearsal)
2:30-2:45 – Set up for showcase
2:45-3 – Parent Showcase
Not all days will run with this exact schedule (Kids can be unpredictable sometimes and may have more or less energy!) but this is just an idea of what they’re likely to be up to.
