Our seniors are of all abilities, some having started with us when they were little others joining us more recently as preteens/teens. They all work together to showcase their love for dance. The goal is to have a lot of fun whilst also working hard to improve.
If starting at this age it can seem a little daunting, but we assure you there is nothing to worry about. We’re all super friendly and everyone just wants to dance. Our classes include; Street Dance, Tap, Contemporary and Acro, as well as our Stretch and Flex class for those wanting to work on strength and flexibility.
To help you decide which class might be best we’ve a little bit below about each genre.
Street Dance – A class all about learning routines to mid/high tempo music. At this age the moves get harder and the music gets faster so get ready to move!
Contemporary – A challenging and varied class that works on dance technique, great for anyone wanting to pursue dance/theatre. Working on turns, leaps, and kicks we’ll have you dancing to slow songs or pop songs, whatever we’re feeling at the time.
Tap – An essential for anyone wanting to further their musical theatre talents, as many shows need tap. It can feel like a different language sometimes, but the results of all your hard work and feet tapping can be awesome.
Acro – This is a class that combines dance with gymnastics. You’ll work on building strength and flexibility to learn skills like walkovers and aerials. Do be cautious though as it will take a while to learn new moves!

Monday – 6.15-7.00 – Senior Street Dance
Monday – 7.00.7.45 – Mixed Tap
Thursday – Various Times – Acro (Level Dependant)
Friday – 4.15-5.00 – Acro (Level Dependant)
Friday – 5.00-5.45 – Stretch and Flex
